		Director BCom Special (Hons) Degree (University of Sri Jayawardenapura) MBA (American University of Asia) ACMA ( Sri Lanka), ACMA (UK) (Winner of CIMA World Prize, November 1985 Examinations) Prior to being appointed as a director of LDB Mr. Mowjood held several senior posts including the posts of working director and the acting Chairman of Road Development Authority (RDA). Mr. Mowjood was also a director of Maga Neguma Emulsion Limited, Maga Nuguma Construction Company Limited Maga Neguma Consultancy Services and the Sri Lanka Tea Board. Mr. Mowjood also served as a member of the National Police Commission.

A Member of the Institute for Development of Public Accountants of Sri Lanka (IPFDA) Director - Appointed - w.e.f.12-08-2011 Mr. de Silva is currently an Assistant Director, Department of Public Enterprises of General Treasury and has participated in foreign training on small & medium term enterprises development policies in Japan.He has also served as an Accountant in crisis response of small and medium enterprises development facility project under the World Bank Fund of the Ministry of Finance & Planning. Mr. de Silva has previously worked in the Ministry of Defence in the capacity of an Enforcement Officer covering the areas of Auditing and Investigation.

		Director Master of Arts in Regional Development Planning, Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands , 1985 Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Geography (2nd class upper ),University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka Sri Lanka Planning Service (Class I) (Appointed as a Board Member w.e.f. 12-08-2011) Mr. Hemachandra serves as the Project Director; Technical Education Development Project funded by the Asian Development Bank comes under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Skills Development. He is also serves as a Director in Technology Development Guarantee Limited and in the Center for Technology Education Promotion & Training (Guarantee) Ltd, Kandy. For the past thirty years he has served as the Project Director in number of technical assistance projects funded by ADB, UNDP, NORAD, OPE
